At BJJ Fanatics, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your instructional videos and gear. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Return Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn gear or apparel in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
