Once your purchase is complete, digital videos are instantly available in your 'My Library' section. You can stream them on any device or download them via our mobile app for offline viewing.
What is your return policy for physical gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and unwashed gear, including Gis, rash guards, and shorts. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
How long does shipping take for physical products?
Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and local customs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our BJJ gear and apparel worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their home country.
How can I ensure I order the right Gi size?
Every Gi product page includes a specific size chart based on height and weight. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up, as most cotton Gis will experience slight shrinkage after the first wash.
